This article discusses the functions and importance of vitamins and flavanoids necessary for life in a living organism, as well as the characteristics of each vitamin and flavanoid. The analysis of flavanoids and water-soluble vitamins contained in the roots of the hypecoum parviflorum plant, as well as their fields of application in medicine, is highlighted.
