Relevance. HIV infection is currently widespread and, despite the availability of antiretroviral therapy, has not lost its relevance due to its rapid proliferation, causing various disorders in the endocrine system and complications. Purpose. Analysis of endocrine system disorders in HIV-infected patients in various studies. Materials and methods. Assessment of the endocrine system in patients living with HIV. Results. The conducted studies revealed the early development of adrenal and thyroid gland insufficiency, as well as disorders of carbohydrate and fat metabolism. Conclusion. It was recommended to continue this type of research and develop a map for assessing the state of the endocrine system in people living with HIV.
