A comparative evaluation of the effect of gene-modified shadow on the immune system of laboratory animals

The aim of the study was to compare and evaluate the effect of GM-shadow on key indicators of the immune system of laboratory animals on the basis of experimental studies. It was found that laboratory animals that consumed and did not consume GM-soy had significant changes in 77.8% of their immune system parameters, which were in different directions and determined the degree of impact on the immune system. The obtained data showed that there was a strain in the immune system.No significant changes in the immune system of white non-GM rats who consumed and did not consume soy without GM were observed. In the experiment, immunocompetent cells with clearly observed GM-shadow effect using the method of assessing the level of immunodeficiency depth were found to be: SD3 + -cells (1.0: 0.96: 0.88); SD8 + -cells (1.0: 1.12: 1.69); SD16 + -cells (1.0: 0.91: 0.68); SD95 + -cells (1.0: 0.95: 0.58); NFF (1.0: 0.91: 0.70). Changes in these parameters have been shown to allow the identification and assessment of the degree of immunological imbalance and immunodeficiency depth, indicating a deficiency in the immune system.
