The equations for linear and nonlinear optic secceptibilities of spherical quantum dots for isolated media in which electrons connected with Gelman reverse quadratical potential have been obtained. For their solving we used Nikiforov-Uvarov method. The analytical expressions for linear and nonlinear absorрtion coiffients and also refractive index changes of quantum dots have been derived. In calculations the electric dipole moment matrix elements, Δl = ±1, Δm = 0, according to the selection rules been chosen. The concrete dependences for quantum dots characteristics in gallium arsenide (GaAs) sample have been presented.
