This article presents the characteristics of neurological disorders in patients who have had stages II-III of the disease, including anamnestic, clinical, neurological, laboratory, and instrumental (EMG) findings. The clinical spectrum, diagnosis, and treatment of polyneuropathy in patients with stages II-III of the disease are described. Clinical and neurological disorders were identified based on the results of ENMG and laboratory tests.
