The article deals with the issues of marital relations and psychological research. In the psychodiagnostic of family relations and analysis of the internal environment of the family, methods that allow identifying hidden psychological causes and patterns that lead to the occurrence of problem situations are presented. Based on the expert system, the stages of the process of creating a psychodiagnostic system are highlighted, as well as important tasks for achieving this goal in family diagnostics.
