The article examines the processes in which the formation of a flexible labor market is accompanied by the spread of non-traditional forms of employment. Not all of them are new, progressive forms of employment and lead to the creation of an innovative economy. The article provides a classification of non-traditional forms of employment from the point of view of rational use of working time, identifies the advantages and disadvantages of each of them. A system of indicators for assessing the impact of non-traditional forms of employment on the labor market is proposed, the state of non-traditional employment in Uzbekistan is analyzed.
