The main goal of creating such educational institutions in Samarkand is not to educate the Russian language and culture and improve their management. It can be understood that training specialists in the required field. Expanding the network of Russian schools, we are once again pursuing a policy of alienating the local population from the activies of our centuries-old religious values and religious educational institutions.
