Congenital malformations of the reproductive system organs represent a significant factor in female infertility and are traditionally associated with an unfavorable obstetric prognosis. Although the implementation of modern assisted reproductive technologies (ART) has substantially expanded therapeutic possibilities, the effectiveness of these programs is largely determined by the timely verification of the anomaly. Optimization of reproductive outcomes requires not only early diagnosis of malformations but also the development of rational patient management algorithms, including targeted endometrial preparation for implantation
