CHANGES IN ROTATIONAL TEST DATA IN PATIENTS WITH CERVICAL OSTEOCHONDROSIS

Of the 97 patients with cervical osteochondrosis, 66 showed asymmetries of radiological changes in the cervical spine and 61 cervical positional nystagmus (SPN). With unidirectional SPN, 41 people underwent vestibulometric examination (rotation according to the trapezoidal program with ENG). The integrated coefficient (Ica) of the excitability of the labyrinths was calculated by the frequency, amplitude and angular velocity of the slow component and the time of nystagmus. The rotation was carried out with functional head rotations. The direct dependence of the degree of asymmetry of the excitability of the labyrinths on the dynamics of integral coefficient asymmetry on the nature of the changes in the cervical spine, the presence of patients with SPS and functional head rotations made during the rotational test. The applied technique can serve as a reliable differential diagnostic test for determining vestibulopathy of vertebro-basilar genesis.
