This paper presents a comparative analysis of the morphological structure and fractional composition of dried rose hip fruits (Rosa canina L., Rosa laxa Retz., and Rosa fedtschenkoana Regel) after grinding. The results indicate that the medium fraction (3-5 mm) is predominant (55-70%) for all studied species. It was determined that Rosa canina L. has the highest peel content (65-75%), making it the most promising raw material for the pharmaceutical industry. The obtained data serve as a scientific basis for optimizing the industrial processing technology of rose hips.
