Annotatsiya

Reviewing the traditional paradigm of higher education system, due to the objective need of society in the individual who performs and practically realizes his aptitude and mission in various types and areas of social practice, since under the conditions of the transformation of economic, socio- political and public relations, a significant modernization of the content and structures of vocational education in accordance with the requirements of society and the level of training specialists. Education as a system consists of many elements: subjects, objects, management, training, education, norms, standards and programs, rules, content, principles, methods and means of teaching, technologies, results, hierarchical levels, etc. The nature of the research determines the perspective of considering education as a subsystem of the social system, as well as the research methodology based on systemic and sociocultural approaches. In modern society, educational models are currently in use in the global education process: modern educational paradigms (N.A. Alekseev, Sh.A. Amonashvili, E.A. Bondarevskaya, V.I. Zagvyazinsky, S.V. Kulnevich, V.V. Serikov and others); the paradigm of quality education, focused on the realities of modern society and the prospects for the development of civilization (I.M. Ilyinsky); conceptual ideas of «educational society», «advanced development of higher education» (N.A. Seleznev, A.I. Subetto, etc.). This article examines a dynamic system with the constantly changing content of higher education based on the wide use of scientific and technical achievements, and the structure of which is adapted to social and cultural conditions.
