ASSESSMENT OF PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT OF WRESTLERS OF VARIOUS SPECIALIZATIONS BASED ON ANTHROPOMETRIC AND SOMOTOTYPOLOGICAL INDICATORS: Kurbanov Shuxrat Nomozovich teacher Uzbek State University of Physical Culture and Sports, Tashkent.
Athletes of different specialization (sambo, judo, classic, freedom wrestlings, weighters) examined main total body dimensions, fat, muscle and ectomorph components in percent and somatotype after. B. Hiht and J. Carter have been determined . The leading athletes are of more have the body mаss is proportional to its length, the fat mass values great considerable. Their specific somatotype is well balanced between endomesomorphic and ectomesomorphic types. The average somatotype athletes of (weighters, curashers and freedom wrestlings) examined can be presented as 3.3:6.0:2.1, athletes in judo and sambo - 2.9:5.4:2.3. Training loads of different trends influence on adaptable abilities and forming specific somatotypes of athletes in various specialization. The data obtained can be used when selecting and complexing teams with perspective sportsmen.
