The article is devoted to the theoretical study of the conditions for the effectiveness of internationalization of higher education. The article presents various positions of scientists, revealing the phenomenon under study as a process of integration of the international, intercultural, global dimension into the goals and functions of higher education, as well as the necessary conditions for the effectiveness of internationalization of the content of education, in particular methodological, prognostic, organizational.
