This article discusses the pedagogical and psychological factors of management over educational institutions. In the regulation and control of social relations, in the management of interpersonal relationships, the role of knowledge and experience inherent in managerial psychology is important, which consists in the study of effective methods for solving problems arising in leadership and management of communities and individuals. Modern requirements for a leader and social qualities of a leader are analyzed.
