В статье охарактеризованa современная познавательная ситуация как неопределенная, противоречивая, текучая. В этом контексте тенденциями развития психологии является рост когнитивной сложности, участие в меж- и трансдисциплинарных исследованиях; интерес к различным интеллектуальным традициям; возрастание роли постнекласического идеала рациональности. Констатируется необходимость саморефлексии психологии с целью определения границ, измерений, специфики ее познавательного поля и определения перспектив развития. Актуальным является объединение усилий психологов, представляющих различные традиции и подходы, с целью нахождения ресурсов преодоления фрагментарности психологического знания, его интеграции и развития.
