By their nature, clinical course, and prognosis, malignant soft tissue tumors are among the most aggressive. The main characteristic of such tumors is their constant recurrent growth, tendency for rapid hematogenous metastatic dissemination, which significantly complicates treatment, worsens survival prognosis, and often becomes a direct cause of death. According to literature data, about 87% of patients with this pathology are hospitalized in specialized institutions, however, the treatment results for this category of patients remain unsatisfactory. This is primarily due to difficulties in diagnosing primary and recurrent soft tissue tumors.
