In the multidisciplinary clinic of the Tashkent Medical Academy, on the basis of the department of neurology with medical psychology, in the intensive neurology department, 214 patients with stroke were examined from 2021-2024. An analysis of laboratory parameters of patients divided into 4 groups according to the severity of stroke was carried out. A clear correlation was revealed between the severity of stroke and the severity of lipid and metabolic disorders. These indicators can be used as additional criteria for assessing the severity of the condition and prognosis of patients with stroke.
