This article presents a study of humoral immunity in patients with herpes-associated erythema multiforme (HA EM). The research includes an analysis of serological indicators such as the levels of antibodies to the herpes simplex virus and other immune markers that allow for the assessment of the immune system's state in a specific situation. The results showed significant changes in the levels of IgG and IgM in the studied groups, indicating a disruption of the humoral response to viral infection. Correlations were also observed between immune status indicators and clinical manifestations of the disease, highlighting the importance of evaluating humoral immunity in the diagnosis and treatment of HA EM. The study confirms the necessity of a comprehensive approach to assessing immune responses in patients with herpetic infections, which may help optimize therapeutic strategies and improve patients' quality of life.
