This article analyzes modern approaches to managing labor relations within the education system. Specifically, it highlights the importance of human-oriented management, HR management, digital technologies, and social partnership mechanisms. Furthermore, based on international experience, scientific and practical conclusions are provided for improving labor relations in educational institutions.
