In this study, in order to increase the rotational speed of the raw material roller and improve fiber quality during the cotton ginning process, the design of an auxiliary seed-removal device and the profile of the working chamber were investigated. Based on the experimental results, the optimal parameters of the device were determined, which made it possible to increase the machine’s productivity. In the process of cotton processing, the efficient separation of fiber and the preservation of its quality are of great importance. In saw gins, the design of the working chamber, the seed removal mechanism, and the movement of the raw material roller directly affect the efficiency of the process.
