This article analyzes the importance of the development of education at the state level, systematically studies the essence of education in state programs, and from this perspective especially focuses on digital legal education in modern conditions. At the same time, it reveals the practical significance of digital education in the field of entrepreneurship. In addition, based on an in-depth analysis of the essence of the legislative acts some conclusions and proposals on this issue are substantiated.
