Annotatsiya

Due to the past years, there has been a special interest in the study of the difficulties of obsolescence and old age. According to other countries in the world, the growth of older people is increasing and this is due to the low birth rate in other countries like Europe and others. This is connected in the main priority together with fundamental demographic shifts, which led to a sudden "aging" of residents to an impressive increase in the number of elderly and senile people. The extent of burn injury in elderly and senile persons is characterized by the torpidity of the direction of the wound course, affecting all devices and concepts without exception. Age-related characteristics (reduction of cognitive actions and evaluation to one's own whim, accompanying premorbid environment and prospector.letter.) with such patients, the risk of complications increases, you can also see that elderly and senile people are very unwilling not to go for treatment. For this reason, during the course of treatment, continuous medical monitoring and supervision should be carried out, as well as the introduction of a multidisciplinary team of professionals in the preoperative stage, because the preoperative period solves and arranges many postoperative complications. Despite the extensive coverage of this difficulty, as well as in our, thus, foreign literature, almost all its nuances are still remote with permission. As we can now observe, the clinical picture of burn injury in elderly and senile people acquires new clinical manifestations and new clinical studies will help to eliminate the complication of these problems over time.
