The article analyzes the provision on the application to the national legislation of Uzbekistan of the norms of the International Labor Organization conventions on working hours and paid holidays, recommendations of international supervisory bodies, changes in revised international treaties. Proposals have been made to amend the norms of the current labor legislation regarding the involvement of overtime work, the calculation of paid leaves. The necessity of ratification of the revising ILO conventions has been substantiated in this work.
