The study included 1173 case histories of patients with coronary artery disease, among them 833 who underwent CABG (Group 1), 340 patients with IHD without CABG (Group 2). For comparison, we considered 23 patients with coronary artery disease who, for various reasons, did not undergo surgical revascularization and underwent conservative treatment (CHD group). Depending on the severity of coronary heart disease and the characteristics of the course of the disease, conservative therapeutic measures were initially carried out. The quality of life of some patients has been improved by the use of cardiac surgery in some patients.
