The purpose of the study: develop patient management tactics based on the study of the characteristics of the course of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in patients with Covid-19 pneumonia Research materials and methods: the research work was carried out in 2020 and 2021 in specialized departments of the COVID-19 Control Center in Samarkand, in a hospital setting, in patients with COVID-19. Analysis of the results: the analysis confirms that patients who have undergone progressive COVID-19 based on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and have clinically recovered have a long-term effect on the clinical state of infection. After the prescribed medical procedures, the quality of life index of the control group ranged from 35.1±0.7 to 27.3±1.3 points in patients in the main group from 47.6±1.1 to 26.8±0.2 points. Conclusions: the prevalence of arterial hypertension with the risk of cardiovascular complications among the population is due to the fact that the occurrence of ultrasound-specific features of clinical remission in Covid-19 disease allows timely identification and elimination of risk factors and concomitant conditions of arterial hypertension, the appointment of the developed therapeutic procedures allows an effective result during the treatment of patients
