Annotatsiya

This article presents information about the biological activity of 1H-1,2,3-triazoles, the efficient synthesis of 1-(4-nitrophenyl)-4-(X-phenoxymethyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazoles under conditions of catalysis by copper salts 1-(4-nitrophenyl)-4-(4-chlorophenoxymethyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazole, 1-(4-nitrophenyl)-4-(4-bromophenoxymethyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazole and 1-(4-nitrophenyl)-4-(4-iodophenoxymethyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazoles have possesed antibacterial and antifungal activity.
