This article analyzes the botanical and biological features of the Juglans Regia L walnut growing in the Fergana Valley, the medicinal properties of its leaves, namely its role in folk medicine. The main attention is paid to the study of the chemical composition of the leaves of the plant Juglans regia L., especially on the importance of biologically active substances in phytoncidity and the treatment of certain diseases occurring in the human body. Also, the elemental composition of walnut leaves was determined based on ash analysis.
