The article provides information of some biologically active compounds synthesized on the basis of ferrocene and their practical importance in medicine and pharmacology. Also, methods of synthesis of the derivative of o-ferrocenylbenzoic acid with methylolthiourea - 1-(2-carboxyphenyl)-1'-N-methyloxyferrocenylthioamide and its water-soluble salts are mentioned.
