The plant Ziziphus jujuba, popularly called unabi, is nutritious and medicinal. It has been used in folk medicine since ancient times. Unfortunately, cancer is becoming one of the most common diseases. In recent years, substances used in the treatment of cancer have been found in unabi fruits. They belong to the class of triterpene organic acids. The article analyzes studies of the anticancer effects of these substances.
