As a result of the study of the mineral composition of the bulb, branch, leaf, flower and seeds of the Allium karataviense plant, the amount of 22 elements was determined by optical emission spectrometry with inductively coupled plasma. It has been established that the amount of macroelements of potassium, calcium, sodium, magnesium, phosphorus and sulfur and trace elements of iron, manganese and zinc is higher compared to other elements.
