In this article, the use of a combined approach of hirudotherapy and acupuncture in patients with hernia by the authors led to a significant decrease in the intensity of pain. It is thought about the development of new recommendations and guidelines for the use of girudotherapy and acupuncture in the complex treatment of diseases, the development of new approach methods for the treatment of intervertebral hernia and hypertension, which can help reduce inflammation and swelling in the hernia area and help to remove acupuncture energy blockages and improve blood circulation.
