Three systems formed in the process of long-term evolution: control, adaptation and protection in interaction constantly maintain the internal environment of the body–homeostasis. In recent years, the interaction of the body between the nervous, endocrine and immune systems has been studied with great interest as a new direction in medicine. The new information collected in this regard will become the basis for the emergence of opinions on the mechanism of "feedback" between all three control systems. This article analyzes the scientific literature, which studied the interaction of the body between the nervous, endocrine and immune defense systems. Special attention is paid to the operational and integration activities of these three and the unified system. Based on these worldviews, science has received a new direction in medicine–neuroimmunoendocrinology. This science has become one of the most promising branches of medicine.
