Objective: To assess the quality of life of children with birth injuries of the cervical spine during rehabilitation measures. Methods: The study included 57 children aged 2 to 18 years. All subjects were examined using clinical and neurological instrumental methods, the Malle test and PODCI scales. Depending on the method of treatment, the examined children were divided into two groups. The main group included 28 (49.1%) patients, the comparison group — 29 (50.9%). Results: In all patients, before and after rehabilitation, hand function was assessed using the Mallett test and quality of life according to the PODCI scale. Rehabilitation of patients of the main group included kinesiology taping, kinesiotherapy and electrical stimulation. Conclusions. As a result of the application of the proposed rehabilitation complex, an increase in the quality of life of children with this pathology was noted.
