Objective: is to improve the methods of dental prosthetics for the normal formation of occlusion in preschool children. Methods: in the course of the study, general clinical, laboratory, biochemical, functional, instrumental and statistical methods were used. Results: Thin-walled crowns do not cause negative changes in children. As a rule, children get used to them immediately and by the 3rd day of use they stop noticing them. The vast majority of children after receiving removable lamellar dentures did not complain about discomfort and got used to them during the first 3-6 days, as we judged by clear diction and the absence of additional facial expressions. Dispensary observation of this group showed that 79 (25.9%) of 304 children stopped using prostheses during the first 2 months. for various reasons: they lost and hid their prostheses, forgot to use them even after repeated reminders from their parents. Conclusions: According to the results of the use of dental crown defects in preschool children with thin-walled crowns, it helps to fix fillings, preserve milk teeth until the period of physiological change, creates favorable conditions for the formation of bite height, chewing and growth of dental arches. Replacement of defects in the dentition in children with removable dentures prevents the occurrence of dentoalveolar anomalies. In 81.8% of children of I, II and III dispensary groups, a normal bite was formed by the period of changing teeth.
