Concomitant developmental anomalies of the urogenital system, mainly the upper urinary tract, were encountered in 44% of children with anorectal anomalies, mostly in high forms of atresia. Besides the congenital anomaly, 50% of patients had an infectious-inflammatory affection of the urinary tract and genitalia (pyelonephritis, cystitis, vulvovaginitis). Injury to the urethra previaled among the iatrogenic diseases. Therapeutic-tactical and operative-technical aspects for each of the abovementioned groups of pathological conditions were elaborated. Good and satisfactory results were produced in most of the patients.
