Annotatsiya

Many issues of diagnosis and treatment of Hirshprung disease have been resolved, but nevertheless, early and late complications are observed in every 3rd patient who has undergone surgery, and every 20th child is dying. Up to 4-5% of patients with radical surgery require repeated reconstructive surgery. Although in Girshprung's disease the aganglionar zone in the distal part of the colon has been sufficiently studied histomorphologically and histochemically, the researchers have hardly touched on general changes in the patient's body, metabolic disorders. This is an important link in pathogenesis, without which it is impossible to develop a perfect and pathogenetic based treatment tactic.
