The article analyzes the state and prospects for the development of women's entrepreneurship in Uzbekistan in the context of socio-economic reforms. Based on a sociological study conducted by the author in 2025 as part of her dissertation, key achievements and obstacles faced by women in business were identified. These include administrative, infrastructural and cultural limitations. Particular attention is paid to the role of digital technologies, educational programs and government support in increasing women's entrepreneurial activity. The results of the study show that socio-economic reforms contribute to the creation of a more favorable institutional environment for the development of women's entrepreneurship. However, sustainable development requires a comprehensive strategy that includes legal, financial and educational measures.
