The digitalization of higher education is becoming a global trend, opening up new opportunities for improving education quality and accessibility. This article examines approaches to improving the quality of education management in the context of the digital economy of higher education. The importance of integrating digital technologies, modernizing management processes, and developing collaboration is emphasized. Particular attention is paid to digital platforms, staff competencies, and compliance with international accreditation requirements. Digital management mechanisms, pedagogical and organizational aspects, and performance evaluation criteria are analyzed. Practical recommendations for improving education quality and program sustainability through the digitalization of processes are offered.
