Increasing the activity of women in the new Uzbekistan requires the adoption by the state and society of special measures, the development of long-term plans and programs. At a time when competition and conflicts of interest are rapidly changing, not all women can fully show their abilities and potential. Just because women serve as mere servants, are hired into property, does not mean they will find “their jobs” that will help them develop organizational skills that suit their desires and knowledge. Competition does not allow everyone to show their inner creative strengths. Therefore, it is necessary to support initiative women and help them develop “their work”. Only a presumptuous woman can be active in a relationship. He “sets up his business and becomes the subject of true property”. This scientific article provides recommendations on the social activity of women, as well as an analysis on increasing the social activity of women in cooperation “man-society-state”.
