Purpose: to study the features of the neurovascular state of the spine in dorsopathies in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods: The study included 128 patients with chronic pain syndrome in dorsopathy on the background of diabetes mellitus. Conclusions. The obtained results convince that in patients with chronic pain syndrome in dorsopathies, an obligatory diagnostic component is the use of Doppler ultrasonography of intracranial venous vessels, which evaluates venous outflow in the cranial cavity.
