The article discusses the terms of consanguinity in Russian, Spanish and Uzbek languages. It analyzes the reflection of the ethnological concept of kinship in Russian, Spanish and Uzbek communicative culture. As research material selected the lexemes denoting kinship relations in the languages under consideration, there described the use features of these units and their derivatives in Russian, Spanish and Uzbek communication. Specific examples show the similarities and differences between consanguinity terms in Russian, Spanish and Uzbek languages in gender terms.
