At the Research Institute of Vegetable and Melon Crops and Potatoes has been carried out breeding work to create varieties and hybrids of melon crops suitable for the soil and climatic conditions of the republic. As a result of breeding work 45 varieties and hybrids Ғ1 of melon crops are included in the State Register of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
