Annotatsiya

This article analyzes the scientific, theoretical, and methodological aspects of deriving legal rulings from customs within the Hanafi school founded by Imam A zam. It explores the significance of urf in Islamic jurisprudence, its close connection with the Qur 'an, the Sunnah, and qiyas, as well as its role in issuing legal judgments through practical examples. The paper also discusses the definitions, conditions, and guidelines provided by Hanafi jurists regarding urf and highlights its relevance in addressing contemporary social issues.
