This article analyzes the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of developing new business models and strategies in the context of an innovative economy. Global practices such as start-up ecosystems, digital platforms, the sharing economy, and the green economy are examined. The opportunities and prospects for the development of innovative business in Uzbekistan, particularly in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, are studied, and practical recommendations are proposed.
