This article examines the role of quality as a key factor in the competitiveness of construction organizations in today's environment. Particular attention is paid to the importance of implementing quality management systems that comply with international standards to ensure high quality of construction work and facilities. The article analyzes the benefits construction companies receive from implementing a quality management system, including improved quality, reduced risks and costs, improved customer satisfaction and reputation, and the creation of a foundation for continuous improvement.
