This article analyzes the foreign policy of the People’s Republic of China (PRC) from 1949 to the present, focusing on the strategic directions and reforms under each national leader. Particular attention is given to China s pursuit of global leadership in the 21st century, the “Belt and Road” Initiative, and the country’s role and interests within BRIKS. The article evaluates China s position in global politics through a historically, geopolitically, and economically grounded analysis.
