The study examined the impact of social factors on individuals with household drinking problems during the Covid-19 pandemic. For this purpose, 80 people who applied to the multidisciplinary family polyclinic of Samarkand during the Covid-19 pandemic with various complaints were selected based on anamnestic surveys, and those with domestic alcoholism problems were selected. Anamnestic questionnaires (marital status, presence of young children, and work-related problems) were filled out to the selected patients. Changes in the amount of alcohol intake were examined by the Alcohol Disorders Identification Test (AUDIT) screening questionnaire in adults. The subjects aged 25 to 45 years were selected for the study, their average age was 34.4 ± 3.2 years. As a result of the study, it was found that during the Covid-19 pandemic, the family status has almost no effect on the consumption of alcohol products, the presence of children under the age of 18 in the family has developed maladjustment and this affects the amount of alcohol consumption, the amount and frequency of alcohol consumption among divorced persons and those who have lost their source of income during the pandemic was found to have increased.
