The article presents the results of the examination of the functional state of the peripheral nervous system in patients diagnosed with vibration disease. The study found that modern diagnosis of occupational diseases is mainly based on the data of many instrumental studies combined into the general concept of functional examinations. The expediency of developing a comprehensive methodological approach to the diagnosis of occupational diseases is determined by the established practice of establishing functional diagnostic departments at the Research Institute of Sanitation, Hygiene and Occupational Diseases, medical and sanitary units of industrial enterprises, multidisciplinary medical associations.
