Annotatsiya

The preventive effect of calcium channel blockers at adjuvant-induced arthritis on the course of chronic arthritis, hematological blood parameters, as well as on the content of cytokines and C-reactive protein was studied in sexually mature male rats weighing 140-160 g. It has been established that calcium channel antagonists have an inhibitory effect on the development of adjuvant-induced arthritis, especially diltiazem and cinnarizine, which have an almost identical effect to diclofenac sodium. A more pronounced correction of violations of hematological parameters was observed in animals receiving prophylactic diltiazem. One of the mechanisms of the antiflagogenic action of calcium channel blockers is a decrease in the level of pro-inflammatory and an increase in anti-inflammatory interleukins.
